DUI & Addiction Counseling Center of Lake County provides comprehensive DUI and substance abuse services to lake and the surrounding counties in a personal and confidential setting that will enhance positive growth and development.

There is a great deal of stigma attached to addiction. Some claim it is nothing more than a moral weakness that can be overcome using will-power. We believe addiction to be a progressive disease that affects the whole person...mind, body, and spirit. If left untreated, it often results in death. Do you overcome cancer or diabetes using will-power? Of course not! It needs to be treated. Like cancer there are many ways to treat the disease of addiction. The staff of DACCLC and our clients explore those options together.

When it comes to substance abuse treatment, our philosophy is simple, "ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL." We work together with our clients to determine the best course of treatment. Once the goal of sobriety is reached, a new chapter is opened in the lives of our clients and the process of re-building one's life from the inside-out begins.
